The Manchester United star has been heavily linked with a move away from the club

Alejandro Garnacho was filmed in an altercation with a fan during Manchester United's post-season tour in Malaysia.

Video footage shared on social media showed the 20-year-old winger, wearing sunglasses and a golden chain, walking through the streets of Kuala Lumpur when approached by a supporter.

The fan can be heard asking "Garnacho, please" before adding "Messi or Ronaldo?" as he appeared to lean into the player's path with his camera.

Garnacho was heard saying "Bro" as he moved away from the fan, who then exclaimed "Bro he pushed me" after the apparent physical contact.

The incident comes just a day after teammate Amad Diallo was seen making obscene gestures at fans during the tour.

The Ivorian was filmed repeatedly pointing his middle finger up at supporters as he passed through crowds and was also photographed making the same gesture whilst posing with fans alongside other United teammates.

Diallo later took to social media to explain his actions, stating: "I have respect for people but not for the one who insults my mom... I shouldn't have reacted like that but I don't regret what I did."

He revealed he had been subjected to personal abuse about his mother from some supporters.

Garnacho's altercation follows his ongoing dispute with manager Ruben Amorim, which escalated after the Europa League final defeat to Tottenham.
