Kelly Osbourne has sparked a flurry of reactions from fans after posting glamorous Instagram photos that left many saying she looks "unrecognisable" and "completely different".
The 40-year-old star shared two images of herself sporting bleach blonde hair styled in a rock-inspired quiff after her day was cancelled.
Osbourne captioned the photos: "Sat through glam only to find that my day had been cancelled. #alldressedupandnowheretogo".
The images show her wearing a black velvet blazer with smokey eye makeup and nude lips, accessorised with drop earrings and a silver chain necklace.
Fans were stunned by Osbourne's transformed appearance, with comments ranging from humorous observations to genuine bewilderment.
One fan joked: "Gifted a new head for Christmas....", while another humorously remarked that Osbourne had undergone a "Full head transplant", commenting on how different she looks in the photos.

Despite the comparisons, Kelly received plenty of compliments, with one fan saying: "Well, this photo alone can last forever. You look beautiful!".

Osbourne has faced claims of plastic surgery over the years, but has consistently denied going under the knife.
In September 2023, she told the Daily Mail: "It's weird, because now that I've lost weight, everybody is criticising and trying to figure out what it is that I've done, and I really just lost some weight."
She insisted: "It's just the shape of my face!" Kelly has admitted to having Botox injections, saying last year: "I am a huge fan of plastic surgery…But I've never done anything but Botox. I'm too scared."
After reportedly losing around six stone, Osbrouen credited the diabetes drug Ozempic for her weight loss.
On the red carpet for a CBS special in January 2024, she expressed her enthusiasm for the drug, saying: "I think it's amazing! There are a million ways to lose weight. Why not do it through something that isn't as boring as working out?"

However, her mother, Sharon Osbourne, has expressed reservations about the drug. Sharon has openly expressed her remorse concerning the use of Ozempic due to adverse side effects and her challenges in gaining weight.
Previously, in February, she informed The Guardian that she had shed "three stone [42 pounds] in four months. Too much."
