A National Lottery winner has admitted she had a "real Pretty Woman" moment after pocketing her Set for Life jackpot.

Olivia Love, a 36-year-old mum from Glasgow, won £10,000 every month for a year.

The windfall has given her the opportunity to pursue her dream career as a wedding content creator.

Love got married to her partner Kevin last year with a low-key ceremony that featured a social media content creator alongside traditional photography and videography.

"I absolutely loved the results and have been secretly wanting to try it myself ever since," she said.

"Winning Set For Life means I have the luxury of exploring how I might make it a reality, so I cannot wait to start building what could be my dream career."

After discovering their Set For Life win, Olivia and Kevin celebrated with retail therapy, treating themselves to "a selection of little luxuries".

They also purchased a new car for Kevin and compiled a list of special gifts for their four children.

"We rarely buy anything for ourselves as every penny we have usually goes on the kids," Olivia said.

"It felt very strange to walk into the shops and not worry about the price tags or whether we could afford it."

She described the experience as "a real 'Pretty Woman' moment, strolling down the high street laden with shopping bags!"

The couple's four children quickly compiled their own wish lists following the lottery win. Among their requests are an electric guitar, a bicycle and various toys.

"We're looking forward to taking them shopping too!" Olivia said.

The family's newfound financial freedom represents a significant change from their usual spending habits, where resources were typically directed entirely towards the children's needs rather than family luxuries or parental treats.

The Glasgow mother's inspiration for wedding content creation stems from her own recent marriage experience.

She and Kevin opted for a very low-key wedding ceremony that included a social media content creator working alongside their photographer and videographer.

The results exceeded her expectations and sparked a secret ambition to enter the field herself.

The lottery win has transformed this private aspiration into a viable opportunity, providing the financial security needed to explore a career change.

Love expressed her enthusiasm about the prospect, emphasising her eagerness to begin developing what she hopes will become her dream profession in the wedding industry.
