It has a serious risk of catching fire and of giving serious electric shock.
The item has been branded as a "high" risk to customers.
It is no longer on sale and the import has been rejected at the border.

Anyone who has bought the item must take notice of the warning.
The notice was shared by the Office for Product Safety and Standards.
A statement said: "The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the transformer was of poor build quality and the plug face did not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363.
"This can allow access to live parts when unplugging, or plugging in, the plug from the socket.

Shoppers should look out for the barcode: X001SUFIRJ and ASIN: B0CBDT5P6T as the items have a "serious" risk of "injuries and choking".
