Nick Kyrgios has secured a new media position with talkSPORT for this year's Wimbledon coverage, following his exclusion from the BBC's broadcasting team.
The controversial Australian tennis player will co-present a daily half-hour programme alongside Gordon Smart throughout the championships.
Additionally, Kyrgios will make regular appearances on the station's morning segments with presenters Jim White and Simon Jordan during the fortnight.
This marks a significant development for the 30-year-old, who had been part of the BBC's punditry panel for last year's tournament.

The radio role ensures Kyrgios will maintain a media presence at SW19 despite missing the championships as a player for the third consecutive year due to ongoing knee and wrist injuries.
The Times reports that Kyrgios will record his daily programme with Smart, whilst also featuring prominently in talkSPORT's morning coverage throughout the tournament.
His last competitive appearance at Wimbledon came in 2022, when he reached the final before losing to Novak Djokovic.
The broadcaster's decision to exclude Kyrgios follows similar moves by other networks. ESPN opted not to include him in their coverage this year, despite his participation in their Australian Open panel.
Nick Kyrgios recently said it was 'very strange' that he'd been snubbed by the BBC
PAKyrgios has previously worked for various broadcasters including the Tennis Channel and TNT Sports.
His new talkSPORT role was confirmed after he made an appearance on the station on Thursday, during which he discussed Emma Raducanu's struggles since her 2021 US Open triumph.
The BBC's decision to drop Kyrgios from their coverage comes after significant public criticism last year when he appeared on their panel.
The backlash stemmed from his admission to assaulting his former girlfriend Chiara Passari, though he avoided a criminal conviction.

MPs and members of the public had strongly objected to his inclusion in the BBC's 2024 Wimbledon coverage just 12 months after the assault case.
The broadcaster faced intense scrutiny for featuring him alongside established pundits Tim Henman and John McEnroe.
Kyrgios described the BBC's decision to exclude him this year as "very strange", particularly given his track record against tennis's elite players.
He has previously defeated all members of the sport's 'Big Four' - Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray.

Kyrgios took aim at the BBC's decision and questioned their rumoured replacement choice.
"It's unfortunate but it's probably their loss more than mine," he said.

"When someone's beaten Federer, Nadal, Murray and Djokovic and has incredible insights, it's very strange you wouldn't want them adding knowledge."
However, Christopher Eubanks, the world No 108, quickly dismissed these claims on social media.
"As far as I know, my team hasn't even spoken to anyone from [the] BBC so I'm not sure where that came from," the 29-year-old posted on X.
