The 35-year-old royal arrived at the prestigious Bankside gallery wearing an elegant cream £420 peplum dress from Self-Portrait that highlighted her newly toned figure.
The ensemble marked another bold fashion choice for the princess, who has been embracing a refreshed wardrobe following what sources describe as achieving "the best shape of her life."
Her appearance at the London event comes just days after she made waves at Royal Ascot with an unconventional crop top ensemble.

Eugenie styled her brunette hair in a sophisticated updo and opted for minimal makeup, a practical choice as London temperatures soared to 26 degrees.
Completing her look were rose gold open-toed sandals and a vibrant red Chanel handbag Eugenie has owned since 2022.
The royal posed confidently for photographers at the gallery, continuing her recent trend of more daring fashion choices that depart from her previous preference for flowing dresses.

The fundraising gala attracted an impressive array of cultural figures and celebrities. Among the notable attendees was activist Bianca Jagger, the glamorous former wife of Mick Jagger, who joined the celebration of the gallery's milestone anniversary.
British artists were well represented, with Dame Tracey Emin sporting a bold orange outfit completed with Crocs, whilst Sir Grayson Perry and Sonia Boyce also made appearances.
Lady Helen Taylor attended with her husband Tim Taylor, with Lady Helen notably choosing cream-coloured Crocs to accessorise her ensemble.
Adding Hollywood glamour to the proceedings was former James Bond star Daniel Craig, who cut a sophisticated figure in a monochromatic beige suit with matching sunglasses.
Completing her look was a vibrant red Chanel handbag Eugenie has owned since 2022.

Eugenie's transformation follows a dedicated fitness regime that began ahead of her 2018 wedding to Jack Brooksbank.
"I go to the park from seven to eight. I do circuits, which I love because they're quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot," she told Harper's Bazaar, describing her 7am workout routine.
The princess also frequents Grace Belgravia, an exclusive women-only gym in Knightsbridge. She previously enlisted nutritionist Gabriella Peacock, who has worked with Prince Harry and offers specialised powders including "Slim Me" and "Clean Me" supplements.
Speaking on the Table Manners podcast in 2023, Eugenie admitted: "I find it really hard to shake baby weight."
