The 57-year-old will be hoping to come out on top when the two men meet in Texas on July 20

Mike Tyson has been training for his fight with Jake Paul in a warehouse owned by Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis as he prepares to come out of retirement.

The boxing icon last fought Roy Jones Jr back in 2020 and, four years on, is gearing up for yet another showdown.

Tyson has been updating fans by sharing footage of himself training in a temporary gym in Las Vegas.

Designed by his wife Kiki, the environment is modelled after the Mike Tyson Boxing Club in Saudi Arabia.

The space has been built inside a warehouse that, according to USA Today, is owned by Davis.

Davis is the owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, the NFL side who have three championships over the years.

Azim Spicer, Tyson's brother-in-law, revealed the news by telling the publication: "Mark Davis is a friend of Mike’s.

"Mark was super helpful in allowing us to utilise this space temporarily.

"His team has been awesome assisting us with the best vendors to build out Mike’s vision."

However, while the gym has been temporarily constructed, it's 'very private' and difficult for anybody to visit.

Tyson will be 58 when he goes up against Paul, who is 27.

But the boxing icon seems to still possess the power of his prime, having shared numerous clips of himself hitting the pads in training.

Whether he's got enough left in his locker to get the better of Paul remains to be seen.

But the YouTuber-turned-boxer knows the boxing legend remains a threat and has claimed one of them will have to 'die' when the bout commences in two months' time.

“I love Mike. I’m super respectful of him," he said while speaking at the Miami Grand Prix.

"It’s an honour to be in the ring with him. But I have to end him.

“It’s war. All is fair in love and war.

"I love the guy, but as soon as it turned into a pro fight, one of us has [sic] to die.”

Paul also admits that his youth could give him an advantage in the bout as well.

He added: "It's very 50/50 but to the people that don't think I'm going to win, I'm younger, faster, sharper and can hit at the same levels that he can and be able to take his punches."

As for Tyson, Iron Mike feels the current generation of boxers lack style and compared them in action to 'watching grass grow'.

He told Nick Kyrgios: "[There's] more to [it than] being the best.

"You have to be entertaining. You have to be exciting.

"They could beat anybody in the world, but they can't draw 5,000 tickets. You know, that's because they're not exciting.

"The way they make their money, because their opponents are very, like fame. Got a big following.

"But there's people, I'm sure they’re a talented guy that could beat anybody, but they look like s**t. Like watching grass grow, you know."
