Former NFL star Christian Wade is bemused by fans of the sport having an issue with Taylor Swift ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl.
And he also thinks the pop star and boyfriend Travis Kelce are 'competing against each other' as the big event creeps closer.
Millions from all over the world are set to watch this year's Super Bowl, with the Kansas City Chiefs due to lock horns with the San Francisco 49ers.
The Chiefs are hoping to retain the prestigious trophy, having beaten the Philadelphia Eagles last year.

Kelce is set to be one of the main attractions on show, with the 34-year-old's stock continuing to soar.
His relationship with Swift has made the pair one of the biggest power couples in America.
Some fans are annoyed by the constant attention Swift gets, however, with cameras regularly panning to the 34-year-old during NFL matches.
And Wade, speaking to BitcoinCasinos, is bemused by the treatment Swift gets.
He does think the couple are competing against each other, however, and said: "I think Taylor Swift is great for the NFL.
"There is a difference in celebrity culture in the US and in England.
"The media is different. But it's good for the sport, it raises numbers for TV.
"I don't know what she's done to annoy fans, I think it's funny. It creates more chat and impressions.
"As long as it doesn't affect Kelce's performance then I think it's cool.
"They almost seem to be competing against each other, where he's like she's had a great show so I need to put out a great performance, and vice versa."
Wade also has experience of playing Rugby Union, too.
And he's compared Kelce to Danny Cipriani while claiming the NFL star 'has his own swagger'.
"Danny Cipriani had a lot of challenges in terms of the culture in the UK, but in the US it's normal and expected," he added.
"No one is really going to be trying to get into his business and blame his performances on his relationships.
"With Danny, he was able to still play at a higher level and maintain his status.

"Danny and Travis are two different types of players but they are both cool with it, they have their own swagger.
"Danny has dated a lot of high-profile celebrities. And him being a celebrity and what he was able to do on the field, that was a good match.
"There are similarities, but it's a lot more expected in the NFL to have a celebrity partner but in rugby it becomes a big thing."
As for the match itself, Wade actually thinks Kelce and the Chiefs will go home with nothing and is supporting the 49ers.
"It has to be the 49ers this time," he said.

"I was at the Super Bowl last year and that game was crazy, but in the end the Chiefs came back and took it away from them.
"So I'm rooting for the 49ers this time."
