The Duchess of Sussex may join her husband on his trip to London for the Invictus Games anniversary celebrations

Royal Biographer Angela Levin has predicted a return to London for Meghan Markle, as husband Prince Harry is set to mark the 10th anniversary of his Invictus Games.

The Duchess of Sussex has remained away from Britain following the couple's exit from the Royal Family, only returning a handful of times.

Meghan was last seen in the UK when she attended the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II in September 2022.

Prince Harry has since returned to the UK alone, most recently earlier this year following King Charles's cancer diagnosis.

The Duke has told US breakfast show Good Morning America that he "loves his family" and intends to return to the UK "as much as he can" as the monarch receives cancer treatment.

Speaking to GB News, biographer Angela Levin says the couple may put on a united front in London along with their two children, Archie and Lilibet, in May.

The Sussexes are reportedly planning a family trip to London as part of the anniversary celebrations for Prince Harry's Invictus Games, which turn 10 this year.

Levin told hosts Eamonn Holmes and Isabel Webster that the plans are "astonishing" as Meghan had previously vowed to "never step foot in London again".

She said: "They're fed up with both of them turning it into a thing about Harry and Meghan."

Levin added that the Duchess has "taken over" the Invictus Games in recent years, making speeches and "leading people" instead of Harry.

Levin suggested there may be a more spiteful motive behind the joint appearance, highlighting that May will be around the time where "Princess Kate will be coming out of recovery and starting work again".

She told GB News: "My view is that her previous PR people were always negative, they were told to be victims, make sure people feel sorry for you.

"The new one is all for being positive. Be with the Royal family, this will help you get more people, that you are very important and I think that's what it's all about. I don't think it comes from the heart. They have been told that they must stop moaning all the time, because it actually takes people's interest away from them."

Levin suggested it may also be for "another documentary", with host Isabel arguing that it will be "nice for King Charles" to see the grandchildren as he "barely knows them".

Isabel stated: "He's been unwell, everyone's been unwell, perhaps it's time for families to be united."

Levin responded: "I think in the end one of them will be poorly or they say they're poorly and they won't come as well, because it would a very, very long journey if they're just here for a day for small children to come.

"Even on a private plane - I think there's a lot of manipulation and sly work going on I'm afraid."
