Simpson-York received a lovely letter from Camilla saying she found the images "fascinating".
On eBay, he found a Victorian cabinet card photo of Susan Mary Keppel taken in June 1886 in either Regent Street or Cheapside, London. Keppel was the sister of Queen Camilla's great-grandfather, George Keppel.
He also found an original antique print of William Charles Keppel, the Earl of Albemarle, who was Queen Camilla's great-great-great-great grandfather.
After sending them to the Queen, Simpson-York was amazed to receive a reply.

This came after he sent Camilla a photo of her great-great-grandmother Edrica Faulkner last year.
Speaking after receiving the letter dated March 22, Simpson-York said: "Here it is! The story of my special delivery from Buckingham Palace yesterday.
"A few weeks ago I sent another letter to Queen Camilla containing some more pictures of her ancestors which I had picked up on eBay.
"Amazingly she took the time to reply again. She said that she found the photos fascinating and that the medals going home bookmark I included would be put to good use! Going to have to get another frame now!"
