The Duke of Sussex had already told royal fans about the couple's eyebrow-raising dance moves ahead of Princess Lilibet's birth.
The footage, released by Meghan on social media on Wednesday, showed the couple dancing to The Baby Momma Dance by Starrkeisha to help the Duchess go into labour with her daughter.
The clip revealed an intimate moment from the delivery room that Harry had previously described in Spare, but had never been seen publicly.

Prince Harry described the moment in his memoir, saying: "Nothing but joy and love in that room."
He explained: "We ate and ate and then did the Baby Mama dance around the hospital room."
Meghan captioned her Instagram video: "Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work, there was only one thing left to do!"
The video sparked widespread reaction, showing the Duchess twerking in the hospital whilst Harry danced with his hoodie pulled over his head.
Prince Harry released Spare in January 2023.
PAThe couple's light-hearted approach to the delayed arrival reflected their relaxed attitude towards the birth.
Harry had previously written about their son Archie's similarly overdue arrival, noting that "Meg's doctor had tried several homoeopathic ways to get things moving, but our little visitor was just intent on staying put."
He recalled in his memoir that they had tried various methods, though he couldn't remember if they'd attempted "Granny's suggestion of a bumpy car ride."
Meghan's preference for alternative remedies extends beyond the delivery room.

The Duchess continues to embrace alternative medicine, recently discussing "adaptogens" such as mushrooms on her podcast.
She acknowledged that some view this approach as "a little psychedelic and super woo-woo", but remains committed to these methods.
