Carlos Alcaraz has joined Emma Raducanu as a global brand ambassador for Evian water, further strengthening the connection between the two young tennis stars ahead of their mixed doubles partnership at the US Open.
The Spanish world number two's appointment was announced yesterday, following confirmation last week that he and Raducanu would team up for the revamped $1 million mixed doubles event at Flushing Meadows in August.
Both Grand Slam champions are now representing the same sponsor, with Evian highlighting the 22-year-old Alcaraz's "boundless energy and positivity" in their announcement.
The commercial partnership adds another dimension to the growing friendship between the pair.

PATheir friendship began at Wimbledon in 2021, with Raducanu revealing how they supported each other throughout the tournament.
"He was always playing the day before me, I would see him win and then I would have motivation to win and get myself into that position too," Raducanu said.

She described Alcaraz as "so nice, very happy, amazing values and just a really positive light to be around."
The British number one emphasised the importance of their long-standing connection, noting: "When you become a bit more known or more successful, you find yourself reverting back people you knew from a young age because you're like, that's a real genuine connection."
Evian emphasised that Alcaraz "inspires people to live young and embrace a healthier lifestyle" when confirming him as their latest ambassador.
The five-time Grand Slam champion expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating: "Live Young ethos, is something I connect with both on and off the court."

Raducanu was spotted at Queen's Club on Saturday watching Alcaraz's semi-final victory, demonstrating their mutual support.

The pair's upcoming US Open partnership has generated significant interest, with Alcaraz revealing that Raducanu initially made him wait for her answer.
