Eric Dier claims Ange Postecoglou 'doesn't do any tactical work' in training despite his stunning impact at Tottenham.
The Australian manager has brought enjoyment back for many Spurs fans since his arrival last summer but there seemingly isn't much science to his attacking style.
Dier spent the first half of the season at Tottenham before joining Bayern Munich, initially on loan, in January.
He struggled for game time under Postecoglou and was often left out of the squad despite a lack of centre-back options at the club.

Dier has committed to joining Bayern on a permanent deal, ending his 10-year association with Spurs.
But he has opened up on his final few months with the north Londoners and his former boss.
Postecoglou's style of play has won over many fans this season, with some neutrals claiming they are one of the most exciting teams to watch in the Premier League
But Dier says there is not much time spent on the tactical side of the 58-year-old's game plan.
He told The Overlap: "Interestingly, he really doesn’t do any tactical work (in training).
"What he does is, every single training drill from Monday to Friday is drawn up to represent the way that he wants to play.
"[Antonio] Conte, I could do it blind, but that was a lot of tactical work Monday to Friday, a lot of ten versus zero, walkthroughs. You were so well drilled, it would be ingrained in you."
Dier is in line to be in the Bayern squad for the Champions League last-16 first-leg tie against Arsenal on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old says he doesn't hold any grudges despite Postecoglou clearly not favouring him during his time at the club.
Dier told The Athletic: "I didn’t take it personally, him not playing me.
"If he doesn’t like me, it’s not a problem for me. Lots of people won’t like me, lots of people like me, it’s irrelevant.
"I try to look at it through my own point of view: do I like the manager, for who he is as a person, and the way he is as a coach?

"It doesn’t matter to me if I’m playing or not. And I really, really enjoyed working under him, and I learned a hell of a lot.
"I’d love to sit down and talk to him now. I have so many questions — about the way he does certain things and why he does them. Hopefully, one day, I’ll be able to."
Dier didn't win a trophy at Spurs, despite coming close on multiple occasions.
The England international admits it is something that he regrets.

He added: "It’s going to be something that I live with for the rest of my life that we didn’t win anything at Tottenham, and there are times where we should have.
"The year Leicester City won the title, we could have won it, the same with the year after when Chelsea won it, so you’re always fighting against that."
