Tucker Carlson is not concerned about turning a profit with his online travails as he continues to be on the books at Fox News, his biographer Chadwick Moore has claimed.
He joined Mark Dolan on GBN America to assess what the future holds for the controversial broadcaster who caused ripples by travelling to Russia to interview president Vladimir Putin.
Moore told Dolan that he believes Carlson leaving Fox News is somewhat a “blessing in disguise” as she no longer is part of a network that no longer waters down his content.
“It was the Republican establishment who feared Tucker Carlson when he was on Fox News”, he said.

“The liberals hated him for obvious reasons.
“Now he’s on social media, he’s certainly unbound.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
“We’re seeing a much freer side of Tucker Carlson.
“He’s not afraid to associate with people who Fox would never allow him to have on the network before.”
Asked about success away from Fox, Moore assessed whether Carlson can afford to stay away from regular television.
“The last time he was fired from a cable news network, which was CNN, he started the Daily Caller, a website that was profitable within two months after he started it”, he said.

“He’s teamed up with the same person, Neil Patel, who was his college roommate, to start this new network, the Tucker Carlson Network.
“Neil is a great business guy.
“He’s Tucker’s best friend. So I think with the business end of it in Neil’s hands and Tucker on the creative end of it, they seem to know what they are doing, especially since they have done this before.
“As far as I understand, Tucker is still under contract at Fox News.
“I don’t think right now he’s worried about turning a profit as he is still getting a pay check from Fox.”
Carlson sparked controversy last month when he visited Russia to interview the president.
Soon after the interview, one of Vladimir Putin’s biggest critics, Alexei Navalny, was killed.
This prompted questions over why Carlson opted to avoid questioning Putin on Navalny given his notoriety.
