Molli shared her transformation journey with her TikTok followers, revealing the challenges she faced before discovering the effective routine.
"I struggled a lot with slimming my arms down," she told viewers, displaying photographs of her arms from six months earlier.
Despite maintaining a calorie deficit during previous weight loss attempts, she found arm fat particularly stubborn.
"Every single time I tried to lose weight, it was really hard to lose it in my arms," she explained.
The breakthrough came when she committed to the specific workout routine. "I swear by this [workout]. I would do it two to three times a week, and it completely changed my life and slimmed down my arms completely," Molli said.
