Chelsea Football Club say it's unable to sell any further tickets for Premier League home games this season.
Fans can purchase tickets to their home Champions League quarter-final match against Real Madrid and all away fixtures.
But home games will be restricted to season ticket holders who have already purchased their seats.
This comes after the club's owner, Roman Abramovich, was sanctioned earlier this month due to his ties to the Kremlin amid Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine.
The sanctions meant that Chelsea were unable to sell tickets to any matches.

But last week, the UK Government revised the terms of the club's license, meaning the west London club could resume ticket sales.
In an announcement outlining the updated ticket details, the club said about home Premier League games: "Season ticket holders can attend. Unfortunately, we cannot sell any further tickets to our remaining Premier League home fixtures."
Chelsea added that they would be releasing tickets for the Real Madrid clash from 10am tomorrow.
They said on their website: "Ticket sales will start from 10am tomorrow (Wednesday 30 March) to season ticket holders. Tickets will then go on sale to members on a loyalty-point basis.
"Hospitality season ticket holders will be able to buy a ticket only in a hospitality area for this game, but not a package.
"Light refreshments can be purchased on the day. They will be contacted by their account manager later today."
