The former Spice Girl has shared a snap of her eldest child amid ongoing rift rumours

Victoria Beckham hasn't let a reported rift with her eldest son Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz stop her from including him in a new celebratory post.

The alleged Beckham family feud has intensified in recent weeks, with tensions believed to be mounting between David and Victoria and their eldest son Brooklyn and his wife Nicola after the duo were notably absent from all of David's recent 50th birthday celebrations.

Victoria is reportedly planning to avoid addressing the family rift in her upcoming Netflix documentary series. According to The Mirror, the Spice Girl has "vowed not to allow details of the personal matter to be aired on TV to escalate any issues."

The Netflix show, which has been filming for nine months, focusses on Victoria's fashion achievements and career while balancing family life.

Despite having footage where Brooklyn and Nicola were present, sources indicate that "the drama within the family will not be addressed in any significant way."

On Sunday and as filming for the series continues, Victoria returned to social media to celebrate her father Anthony's birthday.

"Happy birthday, Daddy. I love you so much," Victoria began in the first of her annual snaps to mark the occasion with her father.

The second snap in the collection proved most telling, however, as it featured Brooklyn alongside his grandfather and siblings, despite the family's reported loggerheads.

"The best papa in the world!" Victoria typed, tagging Brooklyn and his brothers, Romeo and Cruz, in the post.

"We all love you so much," Victoria's final celebratory post read. In the third snap, she posed with her parents alongside her siblings.

The latest venture onto Instagram by Victoria comes days after she celebrated a lavish dinner party in the wake of the news that Brooklyn and Nicola had enjoyed their own soiree with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

Reports emerged to suggest the Sussexes have been a "support" to Brooklyn and Nicola of late, given their own tumultuous relationship with the British Royal Family.

Despite the family tensions, elsewhere, David and Victoria have been presenting a united front on social media.

On Saturday, David shared a clip of Victoria giving him a massage using spoons, inspired by a scene from Friends.

In the video, David wrote: "Me 'can u massage my shoulders please Victoria', 'my hands are not strong enough for your shoulders and neck' so here was the alternative." (sic)

Victoria responded to the post with a light-hearted comment: "Career change?"

The playful interaction suggests the couple is maintaining their sense of humour amid the ongoing family difficulties.

The situation has been described as Victoria's "worst nightmare" according to sources, with the family divide becoming increasingly apparent in recent months.

The couple's Netflix documentary, produced by David's own production company Studio 99, is expected to air this autumn.
