Veteran political journalist Patrick O'Flynn has praised GB News for disrupting the media landscape in the UK and speaking up for the silent majority of Brits.
Talking to GB News Community Editor Michael Heaver in Westminster, he said: "There were arguments that are supported by a plurality or even a majority of the public that were never made, perspectives that were never looked at.
"Everything was from a metropolitan, sort of youthful graduate woke mindset and GB News just has blown that to smithereens. You're seeing now it's getting real traction."
O'Flynn - a Fleet Street legend - went on to declare that: "The old big players, the incumbents are totally shocked.
"They predicted it was going to die within weeks. And are now trying to play dirty with various tactics to marginalise or in their ideal world, some of them are calling to close down GB News.
"But you know the genies out the bottle now you know it. It's it's a new game. It's amazingly exciting and refreshing."
