Roger Taylor owns a property in a picturesque part of the UK

Roger Taylor is well known as the drummer of the iconic rock band Queen.

He was born Norfolk but has strong ties to Cornwall.

The musician has lived in a spacious house in Helford Passage, Cornwall.

The estate includes three small buildings and even has a tennis court and helipad.

He enjoys plenty of privacy on the large estate which has spacious gardens.

The village is located on the Helford River, with beautiful beaches and quaint villages.

The Helford Passage Beach is described as "gorgeous" and "unspoilt" by Visit Cornwall.

It said: "The Helford is one of the most picturesque estuaries in Cornwall.

"This shingle and sand beach is situated in an unspoilt sheltered bay beside the popular 300-year-old Ferry Boat Inn."

Living in the Helford Passage area is not cheap, however.

Properties sold for an average of £395,000 in the last year, according to Zoopla.

Prices can vary greatly, however, and some houses that have sold in the last year have gone for close to £3million.

Cornwall is a beautiful part of the UK

Roger is not the only rock star to settle down in the UK.

Brian May lives in a quiet British village with a "beautiful forest".

Houses sell in the area, in Windlesham, for around £1million.

Bob Geldof has lived in an "atmospheric" British market town for more than 35 years.
