The English guitarist used to live in a property in Putney, London.

Andy grew up in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire and chose to stay in the UK when he shot to fame.

The talented musician moved to Putney, which is a district in the south of London.

Those in the area can enjoy riverside walks and plenty of pubs and restaurants for a quick bite.

While it is in the UK's capital, visitors can still take advantage of some green space.

It is the home of Putney Heath by Wimbledon Common which is popular with families, dog walkers and anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing walk.

It has a nearby lake and various species of birds to spot.

One wrote: "Despite living in the wider area for many years I had never walked extensively on the Common.

"On a crisp autumn afternoon it was delightful, so many paths, open land, lakes, views and fresh air."

"One of our absolute favourite places in Wimbledon," another wrote.

"Proper woodland, great for bird watching. I have seen redwings, woodpeckers, buzzards, thrushes, rabbits and waterbirds.

"It's a beautiful woodland, an oasis of tranquillity in nature."

Police singer Sting also owns an incredible home in the UK.

He has a £7million mansion in Wiltshire, which is a quiet and historical part of the country.
