While some people are lucky enough to maintain a youthful appearance well into their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, most of us have to implement a few tricks and tactics.
From flattering haircuts to skin care saviours to anti-ageing makeup techniques, there are plenty of ways to delay or combat the physical signs of getting older.
GB News is speaking to women about their favourite age-defying strategies. For one 49-year-old who has "barely changed" in the last 30 years, a "secret" ingredient boosts her hair, skin, and nails.
A second woman approaching 60 revealed that she looks and feels younger than ever, thanks to an "essential" activity that transformed her life.
Most recently, GB News spoke to 40-year-old Monica Grunick about the skin care, hair care, diet, and lifestyle strategies that keep her young.
"People usually think I'm in my early 30s," she revealed. "The secret to keeping my youthful look is a combination of healthy habits, including getting eight (or more) hours of sleep, eating a balanced diet of whole foods and minimal sugar, maintaining a workout routine where I focus on strength training, and walking 10,000 steps each day."
Monica is also no stranger to taking supplements for an added boost: "I have creatine, collagen, fish oil, vitamin D, and a multivitamin."
Describing her skin care routine as "minimal", she doesn't overload her face with products, simply prioritising retinol, lactic acid, moisturiser, and sunscreen.

As for her hair, she maintains luscious locks by reducing her use of heated tools.
While these strategies are all proven anti-agers, what made the most difference in Monica's life was embarking on a new career path.
"I think I truly aged in reverse when I left the corporate world and started a journey of entrepreneurship in a small women-owned business," she stated, implying that swapping her fast-paced – and possibly stressful – job for a passion project had a big impact. Monica is the co-founder of the fashion and lifestyle brand 'Love'.
"I track my habits every day and also note my gratitude with a series of habit trackers that I made myself," she continued.

Monica remains determined to be the best version of herself, revealing that she "loves" learning new things about "longevity and a healthy lifestyle".
