This time, 49-year-old Shanna Bynes told GB News that minimising stress allows her to look youthful during mid-life.
"I just celebrated my 49th birthday this month, and people always seem to think I am in my late 20s or mid-30s," she said.
"My secret to a youthful appearance is managing my daily dose of stress and triggers."
Providing a tip for fellow anti-ageing enthusiasts, she advised: "If you're stressing about something you can't control, just let it go, and refocus your attention on positive things and gratitude. This is a great way to stay grounded."
Stressing is a bad habit, and one that many of us struggle to kick. But while eliminating stress is impossible, reducing it could be a fantastic - and achievable - anti-ageing solution.

Wellness enthusiast and author Christianne Wolff previously spoke to GB News about the correlation between stress and ageing, cautioning that it can "add years to the body".
She said: "A very simple technique to lower stress levels is to take 10 deep breaths a few times a day.
"This is scientifically proven to help you lower your cortisol levels (stress hormone) and helps switch on the parasympathetic nervous system."
Christianne added: "I also tell my clients to regularly practice stimulating their vagus nerve, which helps take them out of fight or flight.
"Simple techniques include rubbing your ear lobe, breath work, splashing cold water on your face, gargling, and humming - to name a few."

In 'The Link between Chronic Stress and Accelerated Aging', published in the National Library of Medicine, experts confirmed: "People exposed to chronic stress age rapidly.
"The telomeres in their cells of all types shorten faster. Inflammation is another important feature of stress that, along with ageing, accounts for the phenomenon of inflammaging."
A Harvard Medical School expert added: "Are you stressed out? Your skin can show it. Studies show that both acute and chronic stress can exert negative effects on overall skin wellness, as well as exacerbate several skin conditions, including psoriasis, eczema, acne, and hair loss."
While many anti-ageing strategies can break the bank, minimising stress is something you can do for free.
There are many ways to achieve this, too, including regular exercise, practising mindfulness, yoga, and getting enough sleep.
According to one expert, bolstering your sleep schedule can knock 10 years off your appearance - and there's an exact number of hours to aim for.
As well as managing her stress levels, Shanna stays youthful by practising a solid skin care routine, nourishing her strands with hair-boosting products, eating well, and getting regular exercise.
Sharing her favourite skin care secrets, Shanna said: "I use an oil-based facial cleanser that is less likely to strip or dry out the skin.
"I love to apply a botanical clinical-strength vitamin C serum that helps prevent oxidative stress, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and keeps my skin free from hyperpigmentation.
"Twice a week, I do a clay facial detox masque, and I use a gentle face exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and keep my skin glowing.
"I also keep a light lip gloss with me to prevent dehydrated, cracking lips.
"Lastly, I use a light eye cream to restore hydration lipids to the skin around the orbital bone. The skin around the eye needs hydration to prevent dryness, lines and wrinkles."
Skin care is widely considered the cornerstone of anti-ageing, so developing an effective routine is essential.
