In a statement, the world footballing body wrote: “Fifa can confirm that following a request by the Italian FA (FIGC), the chairperson of Fifa disciplinary committee has decided to extend the sanctions imposed by FIGC on several football officials to have worldwide effect.”
Paratici left Juventus in 2021 and joined Spurs a month later after 11 years with the Italian club.

On Tuesday evening the club published an interview with Paratici in which he discussed Conte’s departure but there has been no further comment from him or Spurs.
Speaking to fans, Paratici said: “My message for the supporters is to continue to support like they have done until now because they are really amazing and support to the team, support Cristian, Ryan, all the staff.
“10 games to go and, to achieve our target, we need the fans, of course."

Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust, a fan group, called for more clarity on the development and urged the club to offer more reassurance.
On Wednesday it tweeted: “This news adds further to the extremely concerning situation at the club. No manager, no director of football and uncertainty around our star player and our end of season finish.
