Keane, Neville and Beckham were once all team-mates at Manchester United, with the trio shining under the guidance of Sir Alex Ferguson.
On Saturday, Beckham invited Neville to his 50th birthday party - with A-listers such as Tom Cruise, Ana de Armas and Gordon Ramsay all in attendance.
Keane, however, failed to make the cut.

Jill Scott, speaking on The Overlap, asked Neville about the big event.
"How was the party, I’ve seen some pictures of you in the paper, you looked a bit worse for wear," she asked.
Neville responded: "It was before Sunday's game, I wasn't the best on Sunday."
Keane then decided to interject, with the Irishman grilling Neville over his failure to get an invite.

"Did he forget about all his other team-mates? Were we not good enough, know what I mean," he quipped.
Neville said: "It is because you didn't invite us to your 50th."
Keane added: "You know my 50th, it was at the Pizza Express in Altrincham."
The former United captain then jokingly told Neville that he 'didn't want him there', which is why his former Red Devils team-mate failed to get an invite.
Beckham marked his milestone 50th birthday with a series of lavish celebrations spanning multiple countries.
The festivities began with a black tie pre-birthday bash in Miami before moving to a family gathering at his £10million Cotswolds home.
The celebrations continued as the Beckham family departed from Oxford on Friday for a wine-soaked visit to Bordeaux.
The birthday tour concluded with a swanky dinner in Paris.
