Gary Lineker has revealed he's set to continue hosting Match of the Day if the BBC keep the rights to the show.
The 62-year-old has been presenter of the programme ever since 1999.
Lineker recently dropped a hint that Jermaine Jenas would replace him once his time with the BBC comes to an end.
He has, however, suggested he's poised to stay with the BBC looking likely to maintain the rights.

"I’ve got two years left (contractually)," he told GQ Magazine.
"Beyond that it depends on the rights because the BBC have got to keep winning the rights to show the highlights."
The BBC are poised to agree a new four-year deal with the Premier League.
That will start in 2025, the same year when Lineker's current deal with the broadcaster is due to expire.
None of the BBC's rivals think paying for Premier League highlights is commercially viable, hence giving them a free run.
The BBC first started showing Premier League highlights between 1992 and 2001.
They then briefly post them to ITV, who broadcasted a programme of their own called 'The Premiership'.
That equivalent show ran for three years before the BBC re-secured the rights for Match of the Day in 2004.
For many years, fans were only able to watch highlights on the popular evening show.
But that has changed in recent years and Sky Sports are able to publish highlights shortly after matches finish on their YouTube channel.
Lineker hopes the popularity of Match of the Day continues for many years ahead.
He added: "The Premier League have been very clever, making sure that there is a show on terrestrial television to maintain interest in the sport, as still over half the public don’t have Sky or BT.
"So hopefully that will continue."
Meanwhile, Lineker recently shed light on his 'torture' after taking snus.
Snus, a smokeless tobacco, has been on the rise among professional footballers in recent years.
And Lineker, speaking on the Rest is Football podcast, shed light on his horrendous experience - revealing he was left vomiting while naked after taking the substance.
"I got undressed ready for bed and suddenly started to feel really, really dizzy," he said.
"So I sit on the bed and I'm stark naked, and I've whipped this thing straight out my mouth and thrown it in the bin.
"I start to sweat, but I'm freezing.
"I'm sweating and I'm sweating and there's a pool on the floor, and I can't move.

"I'm thinking what the hell have they done to me."
He added: "Eventually I lay on the floor and I crawl to the toilet like a snake, just sliding, that's the only way I could get there.
"And just before I got to the toilet, I vomit everywhere, it's on the shower screens, it's all over.
"I'm back on my front, sliding like a snake.
"I got into my bed and I thought I'll look at the time. It was 7am in the morning. I'd had seven hours of absolute torture."
