Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are using their Royal Family name as part of their rebrand because "Queen Elizabeth II isn't here to stop them", it has been claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex launched their new website this week, replacing the former Archewell website.
Harry and Meghan's last visit to the Invictus Games features on the website's homepage alongside their royal crest.
The website also displays biography pages for the Duke and Duchess, hailing Harry as a "New York Times Bestselling author" for his memoir Spare, praising his "compassion, vulnerability, and unflinching honesty".

Meghan's collection of achievements mentions her role as a "champion of human rights and gender equity" and briefly pays tribute her Hollywood career.
The royal couple have since been seen at a skiing resort in Whistler, British Columbia, as they met with athletes at the training camp for the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025.
Discussing the website with host Nana Akua, Royal Biographer Angela Levin said the rebrand was "evil", and an "absolute cheek" to use the coat of arms.
In agreement with Levin, Nana said the new website is full of "exaggeration and pomposity", and a "spiteful attack on the real royals".

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Levin told GBN America: "They wanted to use all these things when they first wanted to leave the UK and Queen Elizabeth, now passed away, said they can't use the Royal Family's name to make money, and now they're smirking and think they can. Who is there to stop them?
"What's awful is that they've picked a time where King Charles is unwell and William is facing looking after his wife and his children. They did the same thing with the late Duke of Edinburgh."
Levin explained: "Although he was dying in hospital, they went on Oprah Winfrey's show and made the Royal Family even more upset than what they were before."
Nana responded by stating that the couple could argue that it "is their name and family name, so using it on their site would be fair enough", but agreed with Levin on how the couple can "justify" using the crest on a promotional website.
Angela Levin says the couple are 'evil' for using the royal crest on their new website

Levin explained: "I think their ploy, which has been going quietly perhaps undercover most of the time since they left the Royal Family, was to produce a different sort of modern, woke, trendy Royal Family wherever they are.
"At the moment, it's in America. So that's where they're trying to do it."
Levin fumed: "And the absolute cheek take to take the coat of arms.
"And it's just Meghan, it's not Harry. And then they've put that right at the top of their website."
