"I always try and have a high fibre and high protein breakfast," she explained, describing her typical meal of fat-free Greek yoghurt topped with grapes and shredded coconut.
The shift represents a significant departure from her previous habits. "I used to fast and even eat in the morning, but according to women's health studies, this isn't food for women, and we should eat right after we wake up," Elena noted.
This dietary change has produced noticeable effects on her appetite. "It has changed my life. I am so much less hungry throughout the day," she revealed.
Elena's fitness routine revolves around diverse Pilates practices to maintain engagement and maximise results.
"I do reformer, mat and hot pilates to mix it up and also have Class Pass so I can go to different studios so I never get bored," she added.

She also substituted matcha for coffee, finding this alternative helps her feel "less shaky".
