Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty in the Georgia election fraud case.
This means he will waive the right to appear in court next week.
The former US President has repeatedly denied all allegations of wrongdoing
Trump turned himself in to Fulton County Jail, Atlanta, last week but has maintained that the case is politically motivated.

He was released on bail after having his mugshot and fingerprints taken.
The Republican politician is facing 13 counts of election fraud, the fourth set of criminal charges to be levelled against Trump in the last 6 months.
He is the first former President in history to be indicted. But despite the charges, Trump is still the frontrunner to win the 2024 republican nomination.
Speaking to reporters in Atlanta last week, Trump said it was a "very sad day for America".
A trial date has been set for 4 March 2024.
This came after US district judge Tanya Chutkan denied a request to postpone the trial until April 2026, which would take the date to a year and a half after the 2024 election.
