While ageing is inevitable and nothing to be ashamed of, many women are keen to turn back the hands of time and cultivate a younger appearance.
GB News is speaking to ladies in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond about their anti-ageing secrets. They all look younger than their years, but how do they do it?
Recently, a 66-year-old who still has a youthful face shared the "lifting" skin care technique she's been using for years.
One woman approaching 50 claimed that others assume she's in her 30s, all thanks to a free hack.
Decades older but still feeling incredible, a 70-year-old who has never looked better shared the healthy habit that transformed her appearance.
This time, 67-year-old Elizabeth Kanna spoke to GB News about the skin care strategies that keep her young. Among other products, she emphasised the importance of sun protection.
"Stay out of the sun," the sexagenarian advised. "I always have. If you're going to be in the sun, wear a hat and apply sunscreen always.
"Don't assume that your makeup with sunscreen is enough protection - it's not."

Sunscreen is hailed as the most important product for a healthy, youthful complexion.
Indeed, the skin gurus at La Roche Posay called it "the key solution for age-defying skin".
Crucially, sunscreen protects against harmful UV rays - but it also has a range of other benefits.
According to experts, it reduces the risk of sunspots, prevents premature ageing, and improves overall skin health.
Speaking to its anti-ageing benefits, La Roche Posay gurus explained: "In addition to the skin health risks, prolonged exposure to the sun can also cause premature skin ageing.

"UV rays damage the skin's collagen and elastin, which can cause wrinkles, sunspots, and fine lines to appear.
"By using sunscreen daily, you can help protect your skin from these effects and help prevent premature ageing.
"In addition to this, many sun creams are designed to moisturise and nourish the skin, and correct the visible signs of ageing, which can help you maintain a healthy, youthful appearance."
In addition to SPF, Elizabeth employs a whole host of products to maintain a vibrant glow.
While her routine changes over time, she always prioritises "high-quality, medical-grade skin care", meaning products that contain a higher concentration of active ingredients.
She used retinal for 10 years before switching to less potent retinol, as well as vitamin C, peptides, and "deeply hydrating moisturisers".
The sexagenarian also sprays her face with hypochlorous acid after cleansing, stating: "It helps calm the skin, reduce inflammation, and support a healthy skin barrier."
The skin care experts at Paula's Choice confirmed that hypochlorous acid inadvertently has an anti-ageing effect.
They explained: "In a roundabout way, hypochlorous acid can help reduce the look of wrinkles and fine lines due to its supportive role in maintaining skin health."
Elizabeth also uses red light therapy masks on her face and neck, claiming these "do make a difference in improving skin clarity and boosting collagen".
Board-certified dermatologist David Johnson previously spoke to GB News about the benefits of red light therapy.
"The light improves the functioning of your cells, causing them to produce more collagen," he revealed.
For a further anti-ageing boost, the 67-year-old credits supplementation, taking collagen, HRT, creatine, omega-3s, and a range of vitamins.
But while there are plenty of things one can do at home for a younger appearance, many women go down the professional route for long-lasting results.
Age-defying Elizabeth revealed that alongside her excellent skin care regime, she has had a range of cosmetic treatments, such as filler, Botox, and laser resurfacing. She also underwent blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery).
Before investing in new skin care or supplements, always consult your GP for tailored guidance. And if you're considering non-surgical or surgical cosmetic procedures, do your research and ensure a professional administers them.
