The case works with every Oura Ring 4 model, including both the titanium versions and the newer Ceramic Collection.
However, you'll need to take note that you must match your case size to your ring size exactly. If you wear a size 8 ring, you'll need a size 8 case. They won't work together otherwise.
Sizes run from 4 through to 15, just like the rings, so there's an option for pretty much everyone.
If you currently own an older generation Oura Ring, this case won't be compatible. It's designed exclusively for the Ring 4 range.
