Conor McGregor's planned fight with Michael Chandler is yet to be confirmed by the UFC.

Conor McGregor has issued an expletive demand to the UFC to get a "date set" for his fight with Michael Chandler.

McGregor has not fought in the UFC since 2021 after breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier.

He was expected to make his comeback last year against Chandler with both appearing as coaches in the MMA television series The Ultimate Fighter.

But the fight was delayed due to McGregor's absence from the USADA drug-testing pool.

He ended up returning to the testing pool in October last year but ironically, the UFC and USADA's partnership ended on January 1, 2024 relating to the McGregor saga.

The two-weight UFC champion has since announced plans to fight Chandler at 185lbs in Las Vegas on June 29.

But over a month has passed since McGregor's announcement with no confirmation from the UFC.

And the 35-year-old is seemingly losing patience with the lack of activity from the UFC on confirming his fight with Chandler.

Taking to social media, McGregor posted a video on his Instagram story of him and Chandler in the ring.

He added: "Get this f***ing date set."Chandler raised doubts the fight would go ahead, stating last month:

"We all know it’s never 100 per cent officially confirmed until we actually step in the Octagon.

"But before that: [It’s only official] when the UFC comes out with it.

"My team has been in touch with the UFC. 29 June is what I’m preparing for."

Dana White admitted to speaking with McGregor about his long-awaited UFC return when they were both in Abu Dhabi in December.

But the UFC president is yet to speak out on a reported deal between McGregor and Chandler with more concerns being raised on when the fight would potentially happen.

UFC star Matt Brown recently raised doubts whether McGregor will ever fight again.
