Prince Andrew’s eldest daughter lives with her husband in a Cotswolds farmhouse worth £3.5million
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have been spotted in Mayfair after the couple visited a local supermarket for a quick food shop.
The 36-year-old, who tied the knot with Edoardo in 2020, opted for a relaxed look alongside her 40-year-old husband as the couple nipped into Marks & Spencer.
Beatrice appeared to stock up on healthy food, including vine tomatoes and leafy greens.
She wore a buttoned-up oversized denim shirt with a black satin maxi-skirt as she styled her hair in a messy bun.
The mother-of-one also opted for comfortable footwear as she stepped out in white velcro-strapped Veja trainers, which retail for £150.
Edoardo, who is also the father to Christopher Woolf from his relationship with ex, Dara Huang, sported a white linen shirt along with navy suit trousers and a pair of white trainers.
He accessorised the outfit by stacking bangles and leather bracelets up his arm and added a faded red cap to his ensemble.
The pair returned to London to their St James’s Palace pad while their £3.5million Cotswolds farmhouse undergoes renovations.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:Princess Beatrice’s outing in West London came after the 36-year-old topped Tatler’s best-dressed Briton.
The eldest daughter of Prince Andrew was described as “the master of this fashion feat”, with the publication adding: “[Beatrice has] become a beacon of sartorial elegance, pairing vintage-inspired cuts with fresh-from-the-catwalk glamour.”
However, GB News exclusively revealed earlier this week that Beatrice no longer has more of a right to inherit the lease of the Royal Lodge after the Duke of York was granted a lease agreement by the Crown Estate for 75 years in 2003.
Edoardo also looked particularly glam as he accidentally "photobombed" mother-in-law Sarah Ferguson while the Duchess of York met Olympic golfer Tommy Fleetwood.
Robin Edwards, a buying agent at Curetons Property Finders, told GB News: “From what we understand about the leasehold agreement from the National Audit Office (NAO), in the event of Prince Andrew’s death, the lease for the Royal Lodge is only assignable to either his widow, his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie or a dedicated trust established solely for their benefit.
“How Prince Andrew chooses to leave the lease of the property is entirely at his own discretion.
“So he could leave it entirely to one daughter or jointly to both.
“Even though Princess Beatrice is the elder of the two sisters, in this case, it does not give her any more rights to inherit the lease over her younger sister.”
