'I believe in freedom': Jake Berry issues warning against smoking ban

Tory MP Jake Berry says a smoking ban would impose 'different levels of freedom' on British citizens.

It comes after Rishi Sunak's bid to ban young people from ever smoking cleared its first Commons hurdle.

MPs voted 383 to 67, majority 316, to give the Tobacco and Vapes Bill a second reading.
