The Queen has reportedly pulled out of the Commonwealth Games, with Prince Charles being lined up to replace Her Majesty.
The news comes as the 96-year-old monarch continues to struggle with her mobility.
Sources claim Charles is set to attend the event in Birmingham on behalf of Her Majesty, with the The Earl and Countess of Wessex and Princess Anne also expected to be in attendance later this year, according to the Daily Mail.

Her Majesty celebrated her Platinum Jubilee over the weekend, marking 70 years of reign.
But while she was seen on the Buckingham Palace balcony following Trooping the Colour on Thursday and again after the pageant on Sunday, she opted to sit out of two events she was due to visit.
Last Thursday, Buckingham Palace confirmed that the Queen would not be attending the Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral after experiencing "some discomfort."
In a statement released last week, Buckingham Palace said: “The Queen greatly enjoyed today’s Birthday Parade and flypast but did experience some discomfort.
“Taking into account the journey and activity required to participate in tomorrow’s National Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral, Her Majesty, with great reluctance, has concluded that she will not attend.
“The Queen is looking forward to participating in tonight’s beacon lighting event at Windsor Castle and would like to thank all those who made today such a memorable occasion.”
While the monarch also sat out the weekend’s Epsom Derby, with the palace adding that she would watch the event on TV.
