Nigel Farage claims the Prime Minister has "ditched Northern Ireland".
The Northern Ireland Protocol was upheld by the Court of Appeal in Belfast yesterday and described as lawful after politicians argued it illegally trumped the Acts of Union 1800, which established the province's place in the UK.
The case was brought forward by a group of politicians including Jim Allister, the head of the Traditional Unionist Voice party, former Brexit Party MEP Ben Habib and Baroness Kate Hoey among others.
Mr Farage, former leader of the Brexit Party, hit out on Twitter after the ruling.

Sharing a post by journalist David Scullion, he wrote: “Final confirmation that Boris Johnson has ditched Northern Ireland."
Mr Scullion wrote: “The Government is using a Statutory instrument to replace ‘United Kingdom’ with ‘Great Britain’ in old customs legislation in order to remove Northern Ireland, all whilst certain Cabinet members claim they'd *love* to remove the Protocol.”
Following the ruling, Mr Allister spoke outside the court.
He said: "For us, the Court of Appeal was only ever a staging post to get these key constitutional issues to the Supreme Court, which is the ultimate authority in the United Kingdom."
Addressing the Court of Appeal on Monday, Lady Justice Keegan said the judicial review applications were out of time, but an extension was granted because “they raise issues of constitutional importance”.
“It is in the public interest that these issues be considered and determined by the highest court in this devolved administration,” she said.
