Donald Trump's interview promo posted by Piers Morgan has been branded “mischaracterised” and “misleading” as the former US president appears to storm off camera.
Speaking on GB News Matthew Boyle, Breitbart News Washington bureau chief, said: “ The idea that Trump ripped off his microphone, stood up, stormed out of the interview is blatantly untrue.
"I haven’t seen an interview this badly mischaracterised and misleading and deceptively edited as this one is.”
Mr Trump has also spoke out against his portrayal in the clip saying Mr Morgan had “attempted to unlawfully and deceptively edit” the interview.

He in a statement: "He wanted to make it look like I walked out on the interview when my time limit of 20 minutes went over by an hour. The interview was very strong on the 2020 election fraud, with me calling him “a fool” if he truly believed those results.’
"For those who want to make Piers look bad, compare his video promo and how it was doctored to the real thing. Hopefully, they will now be doing some big changes to their final product."
Today, GB News presenter Nigel Farage played evidence revealing how the interview actually concluded.
Nigel said: "There is no way at all that Trump stormed out of that meeting, that is a completely inaccurate, dishonest representation of what happened."
He then proceeded to play an audio clip showing friendly banter between the 75-year-old and Mr Morgan after their chat.
Mr Morgan could be heard thanking his friend and saying that it was a "great interview".
