The Prime Minister's comments regarding Vladimir Putin's exhibit of so-called "toxic masculinity" have been slammed by an all female panel hosted by GB News presenter Mark Dolan, as he guest-hosted Dan Wootton Tonight.
Speaking after the G7 summit in Bavaria, Mr Johnson said: “If Putin was a woman, which he obviously isn’t, but if he were, I really don’t think he would’ve embarked on a crazy, macho war of invasion and violence in the way that he has."
Author Anna May Mangan, condemned the Prime Minister's comments saying: "Being a maniac has nothing to do with gender, creed, colour, race, nothing. It's just that you're a maniac.

"You can be equally a maniac if you're a man or a woman. His comments are embarrassing."
Downing Street has confirmed the comments were "not a deliberate policy" to publicly belittle Putin.
Ms Mangan continued, saying: "I've got news for him, that having breasts doesn't make you weak of mind, of course women be can great leaders, they just don't get the opportunity to."
Later in the debate, media personality Christine Hamilton defended the Prime Minister, saying: "I think it is highly unlikely that if it was Vladimira Putina we would have had the invasion of Ukraine."
Ms Hamilton continued: "Women have less ego, more self-awareness, they have better emotional intelligence, and far less aggression, and a little bit more humility than men."
In an interview with GB News presenter Darren McCaffrey today, Boris Johnson said Vladimir Putin is “evil”.
“I think that what he has done is evil,” the Prime Minister told GB News at the NATO Summit in Madrid.
Asked if Putin himself is evil after Russia's invasion of Ukraine this year, Mr Johnson said: “I think it probably follows that if you are what you do, then certainly.
“It’s been an appalling act of unwarranted aggression against the innocent population.”
Condemning the recent attack on an shopping centre in the central Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk, Mr Johnson said: "This is an act of absolutely unprovoked aggression."
