Bez, real name Mark Berry, is well known for his time in the band Happy Mondays.

The musician lives in a rural part of the country in a spot so quiet that he said he has no neighbours nearby.

Bez previously spoke about keeping his own bees and brewing homemade beer at his home.

There are stunning mountains in the area

He explained living in the countryside had "done [him] good" and that it was a "really interesting place".

Bez lives in Monmouthshire, near the Black Mountains.

This is a scenic part of southeast Wales in the Brecon Beacons National Park.

It is a great place for residents and visitors to enjoy some outdoor time.

It was described as "beautiful" and "ideal" for those who like to stay outside.

"The Black Mountains are an ideal destination for lovers of the outdoors," Brecon Beacons Holiday Cottages states.

"Along with challenging climbs and stunning summit views, you’ll also find gentler walks and pretty towns and villages nestled amongst this beautiful part of the Brecon Beacons National Park."

Many musicians choose to live in quiet parts of the UK to contrast their jetsetting careers.

Depeche Mode legend Alan Wilder lived in a £4.5million mansion in the UK.

Human League's Phil Oakey lived in an affordable northern city.

He spoke about his life in Sheffield, where houses average at £240,000.
