The amount of people using online classes has soared and UK-based Goldster has made this easy and affordable for Britons.

There are more than 450 classes on offer each month including 20 live classes to stream every day.

Six week courses and coaching are also available, giving extra support to help those taking part really tackle their issues.

All of these are to help Britons understand their own health and be supported with their wellness goals, while making friends and connections along the way.

There was a 20 per cent increase in the use of on demand workout exercises between 2021 and 2022, according to data by RunRepeat, and this is a great way to focus on health when short on time.

While classes are virtual, "community is key" when it comes to taking part in Goldster.
