He said: "I fell very badly over the weekend. I was really worried about myself. I fell on the bathroom floor. And once I was down, I couldn’t get up.
"I honestly thought I was dying. Luckily, my phone was within reach, thank goodness. I was able to call someone, and when they arrived, they decided I needed an ambulance.
"When the ambulance crew got there, they agreed I definitely needed to go to hospital. It was the worst bang to my head and shoulders, it was really awful."

“But life’s not easy these days. Thanks to everybody who is looking after me.”
