Eamonn Holmes, 65, has revealed he's being forced to recuperate at home once again as the repercussions from a fall last week continue.
The Breakfast presenter was rushed to the hospital on Friday after falling on his bathroom floor.
"An unexpected journey this morning... bit of a fall on the bathroom floor. Gosh it hurts. Thank you Ambulance crew," he wrote at the time on Instagram.
After spending the Bank Holiday weekend recovering, Eamonn made a triumphant return to screens on Tuesday morning alongside co-star Ellie Costello.
Providing an update to fans upon his return, Eamonn candidly admitted he felt like he was "dying" due to the impact of the fall, but he soldiered on to make a return to the studio.
However, on Thursday, Eamonn conceded the lasting impact of the fall has taken its toll, resulting in a "flare up" of his "head and neck muscles".

"I honestly thought I was dying. Luckily, my phone was within reach, thank goodness. I was able to call someone, and when they arrived, they decided I needed an ambulance.
"When the ambulance crew got there, they agreed I definitely needed to go to the hospital. It was the worst bang to my head and shoulders, it was really awful.
"I went down and thought, I’m dead. Really. I’ve never had a bang to the head as painful and as powerful as that before."
Luckily for Eamonn, the ambulance crew and NHS staff on hand did their best to assist him, something the GBN star was keen to show gratitude for upon his return to Breakfast.
