Princess Cruises has revealed big changes to its Premier and Plus holiday packages, with fare adjustments and new benefits taking effect for 2026 sailings.
The cruise line launched sales for these updated packages today, featuring increased daily rates alongside enhanced offerings. The Premier package will cost around £100 per person daily, up from £90, whilst the Plus option increases to around £65 from £60.
Travellers booking on the new Sphere-class vessels Sun Princess and Star Princess will pay around £105 and £70 respectively for these packages.
The company estimates these bundles provide savings of 50 to 70 per cent when compared with buying individual components separately.

A noteworthy addition to the Premier package is shore excursion credits, which vary according to trip duration. Passengers on voyages lasting six to nine days receive £100, those on 10 to 20-day cruises get £200, whilst travellers on journeys exceeding 21 days benefit from £300 in credits.
The Premier tier maintains its main inclusions: unlimited premium beverages, unrestricted access to both speciality and casual dining venues, wi-fi connectivity for four devices, waived delivery charges for OceanNow and room service, unlimited professional photography downloads, priority theatre seating, and daily gratuities for crew members.
The Plus tier now incorporates four casual dining experiences per sailing, doubling the previous allocation of two meals.
This package continues to feature the Plus beverage selection, internet access for one device, complimentary OceanNow and room service delivery, and crew gratuities.
Less popular benefits are being discontinued across both tiers. These include premium dessert selections, juice bar privileges, Medallion device shipping, fitness sessions and Princess prize offerings.
Princess Cruises vice president, Onboard Revenue, Alfredo Jimenez said: "By thoughtfully evolving our packages, we're ensuring they reflect what our guests truly desire, more flexibility, enhanced culinary experiences, and opportunities to explore ashore, all the while retaining the exceptional benefits they've come to expect.
“Ultimately, it’s about delivering an even more rewarding and personalised vacation experience.”
Package modifications stem from direct passenger input, with the company responding to traveller preferences. The removal of the less popular features allows for the introduction of more sought-after benefits.
