Jet2 adds more summer flights from the UK to four picture-perfect Greek islands

British holidaymakers have more ways to get some Greek sunshine this summer, as Jet2 has just added close to 30,000 extra seats to four popular destinations.
The airline announced it is boosting capacity to Crete (Chania), Crete (Heraklion), Kos and Santorini in response to strong demand from UK travellers.
Greece remains a firm favourite with British tourists, and Jet2 is stepping up to give people more options and flexibility for their summer getaways.
The extra flights will take off from four UK airports – Birmingham, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and London Stansted – running from July through to September 2026.

Crete (Chania) - additional weekly Wednesday services operating from July 1 to September 23, 2026.
Santorini – additional Thursday services operating from July 2 to September 24, 2026. This is an exclusive Jet2 route.
Leeds Bradford Airport:
Kos – additional Saturday services operating from July 4 to September 26, 2026. This is an exclusive Jet2 route
London Stansted Airport:
Crete (Chania) - additional weekly Sunday services operating from July 19 to 27th September 2026.
Manchester Airport:
Crete (Heraklion) – additional Wednesday and Friday services operating from July 1 to September 25, 2026, meaning two daily flights available on these days during this time.
LATEST TRAVEL
This summer marks Jet2's biggest ever programme to Greece, with more than 3.5 million seats available across 131 routes – 25 of which are brand new.
The airline will fly to 15 Greek destinations in total, including Samos which launches this summer.
At peak times, that means over 360 weekly departures to Greece from UK airports.

The airline is giving British holidaymakers more ways to get away with a major boost to its Manchester to Orlando flights this summer.
If looking for some winter sun, capacity will jump by 17 per cent in Winter 2026 as the carrier switches to its larger A350-1000 aircraft on the route.
