Jet2 announces more flights from the UK, including an exclusive route to a gorgeous Greek island

This announcement comes just weeks before Jet2 launches its very first flights from Gatwick on March 26, 2026, so it is a great time for holidaymakers looking to plan ahead.

Among the highlights is a brand-new exclusive route to the Greek island of Lesvos. The new route will see weekly Sunday flights operating from May 2 to October 10, 2027, taking travellers to this gorgeous Aegean island.

Lesvos is packed with stunning beaches, charming medieval streets, traditional villages and fascinating historical sites, making it a real hidden gem.

Jet2 is also adding more flights to some of the most-loved holiday spots, including Ibiza, Malaga, Palma in Mallorca and Tenerife.

Key Summer highlights from London Gatwick for 2027 include:

A total of 35 destinations are on sale (peak number of flights per week in brackets), including brand-new weekly services to Lesvos (Mytilene).

They are: Antalya (3), Tenerife (4), Lanzarote (2), La Palma (1), Fuerteventura (2), Gran Canaria (2), Alicante (5), Malaga (6) Girona (3), Palma (Mallorca) (14), Ibiza (4), Menorca (3), Faro (Algarve) (10), Madeira (2), Crete (Heraklion) (2), Corfu (2), Kalamata (1), Kefalonia (2), Kos (2), Lesvos (Mytilene) (1), Preveza (2), Skiathos (1), Rhodes (2), Thessaloniki (Halkidiki) (2), Naples (2), Verona (1), Pula (1), Reus (3), Zante (1), Agadir (1), Hurghada (2), Bourgas (2), Malta (2), Paphos (2), Sharm-El-Sheik (2). There will be more than 85 departing weekly flights during peak periods.

In more new route updates, a UK airline will launch four new direct routes to Paris, Dublin and more from Jersey, and to British airports.

British Airways has announced new exclusive routes, including flights to a glamorous European region that it has not flown to before.

Additionally, a daily route connecting the UK to a vibrant Asian city will return for the first time in 14 years.
