Manchester City are considering a move for boss Pep Guardiola’s “dream target” valued at almost £100million after a hectic few days in the transfer market.
The Cityzens, who enjoyed a busy start to the window but have been relatively quiet in recent weeks, have already lost Kevin de Bruyne to Napoli after his contract expired.
However, after de Bruyne, City look set to lose three more attacking stars in the coming days.

With the three departures looking increasingly likely, it seems Guardiola feels the need to dip his toe back into the market to replenish his squad.
The trio have just five Premier League goals between them last year, and the 54-year-old believes spending big on one marquee signing could prove more efficient than getting more bodies through the door.
Therefore, according to Fabrizio Romano, Guardiola will be putting his eggs into Rodrygo’s basket.

The Real Madrid star, who has been the subject of interest from Arsenal and Liverpool, could prove a major addition for the Cityzens.
Guardiola is said to see the Brazilian as his “dream target”, and he could be available for under £100million.
The winger is said to be keen on a move away from the Bernabeu this window having seen himself drop down the pecking order. Guardiola's side would prove an attractive opportunity.
Rodrygo, still just 24, scored 14 goals last term in limited minutes, including an impressive haul of five in the Champions League.
