WATCH: Prince William arrives at garden party at Buckingham Palace

The Prince of Wales held a garden party on behalf of King Charles at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday afternoon.

In the absence of Princess Kate, William invited other young members of the Royal Family to accompany him.
