WATCH: Dougie Beattie reports live from a Hyde Park pedalo as temperatures soar - 'Fabulous!'

GB News reporter Dougie Beattie expressed his excitement at the "absolutely fabulous" weather in London as he reported live from a pedalo in Hyde Park.

Speaking to Britain's Newsroom hosts Bev Turner and Andrew Pierce, Dougie said: "Usually when I report the weather, I'm standing on the side of a cliff somewhere, getting absolutely soaked and bothered by the wind.

"What a lovely day to be in London. Londoners are so lucky to have this park. I've just been sitting here for about the last ten minutes and taking it all in. Although I must say most of the people around here are quackers - but the sunshine is absolutely fabulous."
