Prince William will be stepping up whilst The Queen takes a brief holiday
A royal biographer has claimed that King Charles "insisted" that The Queen went on holiday as she "needs a break" from her royal duties.
Queen Camilla has stepped up and has been filling in for the King after his cancer diagnosis. However, it has now been reported that Prince William is set to take over from her as she leaves the UK for a holiday.
The Queen will be back in action on March 11 to represent King Charles at the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey. Camilla is said to be buoyed by the public's reaction to her leading the Royal Family over the last few weeks.
Angela Levin told GB News: "My view is that King Charles insisted that she has a break. She is working no stop, she has done so much in this last week. She has also been there for him all the time. I think that it is a sign that he has improved quite well."
