Princess Kate: Celebrities blasted for 'cheap shots' aimed at royal following cancer diagnosis

Royal Commentator Lee Cohen has hit out at the "despicable" speculation from celebrities surrounding Princess Kate's health, that he claims circulated ahead of her cancer revelation.

Last week, the Princess of Wales announced she has begun cancer treatment after her abdominal procedure in January showed "cancer had been present".
