Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will look to claw back millions of pounds from Royal Family according to a royal commentator.
The Sussexes renewed their lease on Frogmore Cottage last year.
However, King Charles ordered the Sussexes to move out of the property one day after the publication of Prince Harry's autobiography.

Public attacks on Camilla were a known red line for the King and Harry's decision to violate that has been met with consequences.
Royal commentator Roya Nikkhah claims the couple will now seek to claw back the money they paid to the Royal Family when they renewed the lease of Frogmore.
She told True Royalty TV's The Royal Beat: "I am sure that will be something the bean counters at Buckingham Palace would have factored.
"I don't think Buckingham Palace would give them notice, evict them and not be mindful of the fact there is a certain period left to run on the lease.
"Harry and Meghan renewed the lease last year, and I am sure they will be looking to get that money back.
"I do not think that will be a problem - it's more about the optics. It is interesting the King and Buckingham Palace would have known how it would have played out optically.
"It sort of implies that the King doesn't care about the optics of that decision.
"It's his decision; he is making it and has done it."

A spokesperson for the Sussexes confirmed the couple have been asked to leave their UK base, saying: "We can confirm The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been requested to vacate their residence at Frogmore Cottage."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were given use of the five-bedroom property by the Queen as a wedding present in 2018.
The Sussexes ordered £2.4million worth of renovations to the cottage before moving into the property.
But Meghan and Harry have barely lived in the royal residence over the last three years, preferring to stay in California.
Prince Harry later paid back the cost of the renovations to the UK taxpayer in a deal which included leasing Frogmore Cottage for "several years".
